My Policeman star David Dawson talks sex scenes with Harry Styles
David Dawson has opened up about his sex scenes with Harry Styles in the upcoming film My Policeman. Over the last two years, LGBTQ+ moviegoers have patiently waited for the release of the highly anticipated Prime Video film.
Based on the acclaimed gay novel of the same name from Bethan Roberts, set in 1950s Brighton, the romantic drama stars Emma Corrin as Marion, a schoolteacher who falls in love with a police officer named Tom (Styles).
After meeting museum curator Patrick (Dawson), however, Tom finds himself torn between both lovers. Due to social constraints of the era, Tom decides that it is safer to marry Marion.
My Policeman will be told in flashbacks, with older versions of Tom, Patrick and Marion being played by Linus Roache, Rupert Everett and Gina McKee, respectively.
