Parents have staged a protest outside of a school over lesson which teach LGBTQ+ relationships to children as young as nine.
Around 100 parents gathered outside the school gates holding banners, one of which read: "My Child, My Choice, We do not consent"The protest at Manorfield Primary School in East London comes after parents claim school leadership have 'ignored' their concerns for months.
Writing on the groups' dedicated Twitter page, they said: "We parents explored every avenue and made every effort to engage the school regarding RSE.
T"he Headteacher refused to engage and we have been left with no choice but to Protest."The parents are demanding the removal of teaching on LGBTQ+ relationships and teaching on "sexual body parts" before.
