The report comes as she remains locked in a legal battle over the trademark for 'Bad Mormon,' according to The Salt Lake Tribune.According to the outlet, 'the church retains its trademarks on multiple variations of the term Mormon.' Back in June, Gay filed a trademark application on the words 'Bad Mormon' to use on beer mugs, shirts and socks.
