women’s rights in Scotland claims it has been threatened by trans activists.For Women Scotland (FWS), which has objected to plans which will allow any man to self-declare themselves a woman, says members have been told they’ll be “throat punched”.The group – accused of being transphobic – says it has been warned it should be “silenced by force”.It also said one of the group’s founders, Magdalen Berns, was the subject of vile abuse following her death from a brain tumour in September.The organisation has launched a legal challenge to Scottish Government plans to amend the Gender Representation on Public Board Act.Leaders Trina Budge, Marion Calder and Susan Smith said they have had to increase security at meetings after members were filmed.
