May was an important month for Anxiety UK, the charity for those affected by anxiety disorders. It was their 50th birthday and even though they were in lockdown, there were some celebrations.
They could never have expected that reaching this landmark would take place at a time when anxiety is a problem for many in lockdown.
It won’t end when the restrictions are eased though. It was back in 1970 that Anxiety UK was formed with the aim of offering support and information services.
