Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). As she plans her upcoming wedding to fiancé Rami Hawash, Gemma Collins is on a weight loss journey.The star - who previously appeared on Celebrity Big Brother - is not only looking good but also feeling better than ever.The former TOWIE star, 43 changed her lifestyle by working with bodybuilder Eddie Abbew and is now focusing on a high-protein diet which includes whole foods and less carbs.

Explaining how she has transformed her diet, Gemma exclusively told OK!: "I’ve lost 20lbs. I’ve been working with bodybuilder Eddie Abbew, he is phenomenal and has taught me so much about what I should and shouldn’t be eating. "I’ve worked with people in the past who have just told me what I want to hear, but Eddie is straight to the point.

I’ve basically cut out all sugar and have been super strict, but I’ve never once felt hungry." And there's one person who is loving the benefit's to Gemma's transformation and that's her soon-to-be-husband Rami, who said: "She looks incredible, she always does.

I can also tell she’s a lot happier now." The TV personality has always been open about her weight battles in the past but, as she moves forward in this next chapter in her life, Gemma is focusing more on being healthy rather than hoping to be 'skinny'.
