Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.

In a frank discussion on the Everything I Know About Me podcast, Gemma spoke about having to once terminate a pregnancy.The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant recalled finding out she was pregnant a few years back.
She shared on the recent episode of the podcast: "They said to me 'something's not right'."Gemma later added: "They said to me 'oh your baby could be, from looking at it, [intersex]'.She further remarked: "You can imagine I didn't know what the word was."I had to look it up.
I'd never been taught about [being intersex]."So that was a real shock." Gemma, reports the Mirror, continued to explain that there were concerns for the baby at the time, stating: "Then they advised me 'you need to have a termination'."The NHS describes 'intersex' as a term used to describe 'differences in sex development' (DSD).
