Netflix has blessed fans with a never-before-seen clip from Heartstopper season one to celebrate the new year. Back in March, LGBTQ+ TV enthusiasts were finally treated to the eight-episode young adult series based on Alice Oseman’s graphic novel of the same name.
The show follows Charlie Spring (Joe Locke), a “high-strung, openly gay over-thinker,” and Nick Nelson (Kit Connor), “a cheerful, soft-hearted rugby player”, as they explore their blossoming romantic relationship and the pressures of coming out.
Since its release, the series has earned rave reviews from fans and critics – which resulted in the show getting renewed for not one but two additional seasons.
As a way to celebrate the end of 2022, Netflix treated fans with one final heartstopping moment from season one by releasing an adorable deleted scene of Tao and Elle.
