Bad Bunny and Netflix are teaming up to bring Adam Silvera’s historic YA bestseller They Both Die at the End to life. In what looks like another win for LGBTQ+ book fans, the acclaimed novel by Adam Silvera will be getting a Netflix adaptation, according to Deadline.
While previously in development at HBO, the book has been scooped up by Netflix with Puerto Rican rapper Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, aka Bad Bunny, onboarding as a producer.
Emmy nominated Chris Van Dusen, who is known for his screenwriting at Bridgerton, will be writing the pilot script and producing alongside Silvera.
Yellowjackets executive producer Drew Comins will also be involved. With big names at the helm of this series, it’s no doubt the series is good hands following the global success of both Bridgerton and Yellowjackets.
