Gay Olympian Robbie Manson has spilt the tea on his very lucrative OnlyFans career. In a recent interview with Reuters, the New Zealand native revealed that he makes more than double the amount of money on the subscription-based website than he does as an athlete. “Read into that what you will, but I am making more from OnlyFans than I am from rowing at this stage,” he explained.

When asked why he started an OnlyFans profile, Manson revealed that he was inspired by former Olympian Matthew Mitch. He also highlighted the positive impact it has had on keeping his athletic career afloat.  “I have a few friends that have supported me, but I don’t have any big personal sponsors or anything,” he said.

Fortunately, his participation hasn’t negatively impacted his relationship with the Rowing New Zealand, which is the governing body covering Manson’s training fees. “I guess the people at Rowing New Zealand, the bosses if you like, they’re aware that this is making a huge financial impact and helping me get to where I want to go, and they understand that we’re not highly funded as well.
