The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He bought the Miss Universe brand of beauty pageants in 1996, and sold it in 2015. He produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television series, from 2003 to 2015. As of 2020, Forbes estimated his net worth to be $2.1 billion.[

Trump administration to allow doctors to discriminate against trans patients

The Trump administration are quietly moving forward with a new rule that would allow doctors to refuse transgender patients.

According to Politico, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) rule would reverse Obama-era protections under Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, which bans discrimination in healthcare services based on sex and gender identity.

The White House have also updated their website confirming the Obama rule is under review. LGBTQ activists fear that this rule
