American Horror Story: Kim Kardashian joins the show’s upcoming 12th season
The queen of Calabasas is headed to the American Horror Story universe. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kim Kardashian will be stepping into her acting bag with a mysterious new role in the popular Ryan Murphy franchise.
The reality star is also set to be joined by AHS favourite Emma Roberts, who had previously starred in Coven, Freakshow, Cult, Apocalypse and 1984.
In addition to Kardashian and Roberts, Halley Feiffer has been tapped to be the sole writer and showrunner of the forthcoming season, which is a first for the long-running series. “Kim is among the biggest and brightest televison stars in the world, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family,” Murphy said in a statement to the aforementioned news outlet. “Emma and I are excited about collaborating with this true force in the culture.
Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role, especially for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.” To boost even more hype for the show’s 12th season, Kardashian uploaded a teaser featuring a creepy rendition of the classic lullaby, Rock- a-by-baby. “Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian are delicate,” the video teased.
