Joe Wicks has started his 24-hour PE challenge and in typical The Body Coach fashion, he didn’t hold back. The fitness trainer, 34, kicked off a whole day (and night) of working out with one of his classic HIIT workouts for 20 minutes, promising he would bookend the workout with another 20 minute HIIT session at the end too.
