Utterly confounded, Bowens asked Cameron if she had been “kicked in the head too many times by a kangaroo.” When Cameron acted confused, Bowens clarified the reason her self-serving intuition was incorrect.He’s gay!The crowd quickly joined in, chanting for several minutes. “If you told me years ago I’d have an arena chanting HE’S GAY at me in the most POSITIVE of ways, I’d say you’re crazy,” Bowens posted at the time. “There’s obviously still progress to be made but I’m proud at how far we’ve come.
