Attention Heartstopper fans! Netflix has dropped the first teaser trailer for season two! On 1 July, the cast of the beloved series took to the streets of central London to celebrate the longruning LGBTQ+ event, Pride in London.

After showcasing their LGBTQ+ pride and allyship on their very own float, the talented group of actors assembled on the main stage in Trafalgar Square to surprise fans with the season two teaser.  “We are happy that Heartstopper is giving people the confidence to be themselves and own who they are,” excalimed Yasmin Finney, who plays trans student Elle Argent in the series. “On this special day, we want you to embrace and empower those around you, and we couldn’t be in front of our community today without doing something special.” After her incredible speech, the crowd was finally treated to the brief trailer and season two is looking to be just as heartfelt and emotional as season one.

At the start of the teaser, Charlie (Joe Locke) caresses Nick’s (Kit Connor) hand, resulting in the latter looking lovingly at his boyfriend.

The trailer then transitions to clips of the group’s highly anticipated Paris trip. In one scene of Nick and Charlie are seen running up a set of stairs, while another shot features Elle and Tao (William Gao) holding hands while spinning in a museum.  “Show the world what love is made of,” the teaser says.
