A post shared by Sean Hill (@seanhill_13)Sean Hill embodies the power of betting on yourself. The fitness influencer dedicated his athletic life to soccer, but quit his favorite sport earlier this year, because it was detrimental to his mental health.

Shifting his focus, the Ireland native turned to running. Since then, he’s competed in over 20 races, including two marathons and a triathlon.

On Saturday, he’ll run his last race of the season: the Clontarf half marathon. In between his final legs of training, Hill recorded an inspirational message to his nearly 42,000 followers on Instagram.
