Fire Island’s Joel Kim Booster issued a lengthy Twitter statement where he addressed remarks made by Billy Eichner. Booster wrote and starred in feature Fire Island, a comedy which followed a group of queer friends on a holiday which takes an unexpected turn and pushed their friendship to the limit.
