Lukas Gage, Harvey Guillén and Megan Suri cast in new sci-fi thriller

Companion, the forthcoming sci-fi thriller with The Boys star Jack Quaid, has rounded out its cast. The directorial debut of writer Drew Hancock, the film hails from the same team as 2022’s critically-acclaimed horror film Barbarian.

Quaid will be joined by Megan Suri and out LGBTQ+ actors Lukas Gage and Harvey Guillén. Gage is best known for Euphoria, The White Lotus and You, with upcoming roles in the Brian Epstein biopic Midas Man and Prime Video’s action remake of Roadhouse.

As vampire hunter slash familiar Guillermo de la Cruz on What We Do In The Shadows, Guillén has received widespread praise and a Critics’ Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.

FX’s lauded vampire mockumentary series, which returns for a fifth season on 13 July, has earned 17 Primetime Emmy Award nominations – including two for Outstanding Comedy Series.
