A number of security staff have been suspended after claims a man was beaten unconscious outside a club in Manchester's Gay Village.

Ronan Gordon, 22, alleges he was targeted by five bouncers and assaulted in an 'unprovoked' attack at Bloom nightclub last weekend.

Police were called to the venue on Bloom Street in Manchester City Centre in the early hours of Saturday morning (January 22).
