He bought the Miss Universe brand of beauty pageants in 1996, and sold it in 2015. He produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television series, from 2003 to 2015. As of 2020, Forbes estimated his net worth to be $2.1 billion.[

Drag Race All Stars 8: Kandy Muse’s original lip-sync was banned

Two-time RuPaul’s Drag Race finalist Kandy Muse has revealed her initial outfit plan for the finale of All Stars 8. In a new interview on the Entertainment Weekly Quick Drag podcast, the New York City drag diva explained that she was supposed to wear a bra that shot sparks and fire.

The 28-year-old was inspired by Lady Gaga’s iconic outfit from the ‘Paparazzi’ performance in The Monster Ball tour film: “I planned to do that with the silver outfit I had for the finale, but, apparently, to have fire on television, you need a licence.” READ MORE: Drag Race star Kandy Muse issues statement ahead of All Stars 8 finale Kandy lost the lip-sync battle to Canada’s Drag Race star Jimbo in the finale, which aired on 21 July.

The artists both performed original solo songs in the episode, but it was the final lip-sync to Sylvester’s ‘Do You Wanna Funk?’ that secured the win for Jimbo.

Despite losing six out of eight lip-sync battles in her time on Drag Race, the 40-year-old beat the odds and walked home with the $200,000 prize.
