Channel 4’s Naked Attraction shouted: “F*** you… I hope you die of covid” at police. The outburst took place when officers attended the home of Amira Nadeem in Rutherglen, Lanarkshire, on November 12, 2020.

She also coughed towards an officer and was arrested. Nadeem, 24, was the TV show’s first transgender contestant in 2019. She pled guilty yesterday at Glasgow Sheriff Court to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner and was told by sheriff Tony Kelly to prepare for custody.

Sentence was deferred until next month. Bail was granted. Don't miss the latest news from around Scotland and beyond - Sign up to our daily newsletter here . .
