EastEnders star Michelle Collins gives health update after 'worrying' hospital dash

EastEnders star Michelle Collins has given fans an update after she was rushed to hospital earlier this week. Michelle, 60, who played iconic character Cindy Beale on EastEnders from 1988 to 1998, was rushed to hospital on Monday for an unknown, but "worrying" health issue.

At the time, she took to Twitter to say: "Thank you @nhs @RoyalFreeNHS for seeing me this morning at 9 am ,been a Worrying time but hopefully now all ok." Michelle then added: "When it works the @NHSEngland is fantastic !

Don’t destroy it #Tories #savethenhs." On Wednesday, she once again took to the social media platform to give fans an update on how she's doing as she also shared pictures of her being back at work.

She wrote: "Great day #filming in #Northam . I am very well ! #Thankyou . Great cast and crew !" The pictures showed the actress smiling from ear to ear as she enjoyed the countryside, filming for a new project.
