Metro reported on Sunday that after years of living in the country, Monsur’s asylum application has been rejected by the First-Tier Tribunal immigration court.
In a letter reviewed by the outlet, the judge ruled: WHAT?! The judge argued there’s a “distinct lack of documentary material that might be suggestive that the Appellant was truly a gay man before he sought asylum.” Um, of course there wasn’t!
