Attention Heartstopper enthusiasts! Netflix has dropped an exciting new character reveal. On 3 October, viewers will finally be reunited with the Truman Grammar and Higgs School for Girls gang for the show’s highly anticipated third season.

Picking up where season two left off, the new batch of episodes will follow Charlie as he tries to “tell Nick that he loves him,” while Nick “also has something important to say to Charlie”.

The synopsis adds: “As the summer holiday ends and the months race on, the friends begin to realise that the school year will come with both its joys and its challenges. “As they learn more about each other and their relationships, plan social events and parties and start thinking about university choices, everyone must learn to lean on those they love when life doesn’t go to plan.

With Heartstopper‘s premiere date swiftly approaching, Netflix treated fans to an exciting season three teaser, which introduced a new character named Michael Holden (Darragh Hand).
