Emily In Paris spin off in London. The star of the popular Netflix series told the BBC that she thinks her character, marketing executive Emily Cooper, would love London and that a spin-off in the UK’s capital “would be so fun.”In the show, Cooper moves to Paris to provide an American perspective for a French marketing firm.
It has been filmed in France for four seasons, but during the latest outing of the show, Collins’ character heads to Rome and there is speculation that the show could move to the city for season five.On another possible move to London, Collins told the BBC she thinks Emily would enjoy a move to the city. “She would definitely go to Portobello Road and buy some antiques, obviously visit Big Ben and toy shop Hamleys.“She would also definitely try and get into Buckingham Palace,” Collins told the outlet, adding that Emily would probably love to have tea with the King and would “try and get the guards to smile but I’m not sure she’d be able to do that”.Collins herself also admitted she loves London herself saying it “feels like home”.She added: “I love the Tube but most of all I love sitting on the front of a double-decker bus and looking out of the window.
I don’t even have a plan on where I want to go, I just sit there and see all the sights and people.”Collins herself has been living in London for the past few months ahead of her performance in West End show, Barcelona. She went on to tell the BBC that she relaxed in the capital by “walking the dogs with my husband on Hampstead Heath.” She added: I go there so often, it really is huge and it actually feels like countryside even though you’re in London.”Emily In Paris’ move to Rome didn’t please everyone – including French President Emmanuel Macron who said he wanted the show to return to France. He told Variety: “Emily In Paris is super positive in terms of attractiveness for the country.
