It has since turned into a day of recognizing all things spooky, sinister, transgressive, and queer.Because of this, it’s a well-known fact that the gays officially own the holiday, hence why it is often referred to as “Gay Christmas.” And by default, we also own the horror movie genre.There have been many iconic horror movie characters to emerge from the shadows over the years--ghosts and ghouls, monsters and madmen, freaks, witches, dolls, and more.But the question remains: Who is the ultimate queer horror icon?
