The one-day festival will be filled with Italian food and wine tastings as well as a schedule of stage performances by local and national artists, a bocce tournament, an Italian car show and children’s activities.
The event will be held Saturday, Oct. 12 from noon-9 p.m. at the Levy Event Plaza in Irving. David Lamberti, restaurateur of Lamberti’s Ristorante and Monaco, serves as the president of DFW Italians.
He shares the love of all things Italian with Scott Pirnie Vice-President and Dr. Anthony Nussmeir, Director of Culture and Heritage to create a festival to celebrate the culture the way they know best — through food and wine.
