Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.
Gemma Collins: 'I could have a baby at 50 - I’ve got the best doctors going'
TOWIE favourite Gemma Collins has once again opened up on the prospect of becoming a mum, explaining now that'd she'd rather not depend on the assistance of a third party.
Speaking to OK! at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show earlier last week, the reality TV favourite, 42, was asked if she could envisage ever using a surrogate to welcome a child.
She tells us, however: "I don’t think I’ll need to. I’m The GC, honey. I can have the best doctors going. I’ll just ring one up and say, “Right, come on, get me pregnant!" Despite her hopes to conceive naturally, Gemma adds that she "honestly can't tell you" whether that day will ever come. "Obviously, I’ve got PCOS and all of that," Gemma opens up. "I could have a child at 50.
If I’d had kids sooner, I would probably have been crazy, whereas now, I’m Miss Organic, I can just be at Zen with the child." She jibes: "Going to the mother and toddler groups never interested me, unless it’s Knightsbridge, darling.
