Gok Wan and Anna Richardson are teaming up for what’s set to be a star-studded spectacle of the night, as the duo are announced as the hosts of the 2023 Rainbow Honours.The award ceremony, which is sponsored by The Bank of London, is due to take place at the world-famous Natural History Museum in London on May 17.The event will highlight many of the incredible people and organisations who are dedicated to supporting the LGBT+ community, placing a focus on promoting diversity in everyday life.The Rainbow Honours will also shine a spotlight on milestones that have been achieved in this respect in areas including politics, the media, grassroots activism and business.Last year, a number of highly-commendable individuals were honoured at the ceremony, including the cast of Netflix’s hit series Heartstopper, comedian Paul O’Grady and actor Stephen Fry, while it was hosted by actor Julian Clary and RuPaul’s Drag Race star Victoria Scone.With Metro set to be a media partner of the event, fashion guru Gok said that he ‘can’t wait’ to present on the night alongside ‘the fabulous’ Anna.‘This is one of the most spectacular awards events in the LGBTQ+ calendar and it will be a huge celebration of the community.
