Start your engines, Drag Race fans! On 28 December, BBC Three announced that Drag Race UK vs the World is set to return to our screens for a highly anticipated second season.

Like its first entry, the new batch of episodes will see queens from the UK series go up against some of the best performers from other global editions of the franchise, including the original US version as well as Canada’s.

However, this time around, the lucky winner who secures the title of ‘Queen of the Mothertucking World’ will also receive a cash prize – a first for the UK series.

Mama Ru, Michelle Visage, Graham Norton, and Alan Carr will all be returning to the judges’ panel alongside a sleuth of superstar guest judges – which will be revealed at a later date.
