The creator of X-Men ’97  has confirmed Morph’s romantic feelings for Wolverine, and fans can’t get enough! Over the last few weeks, Marvel enthusiasts have immersed themselves in the hit Disney+ series.

Picking up where the original X-Men: The Animated Series left off, the new episodes followed our favourite band of heroes as they dealt with the rise of anti-mutant sentiment, the fall of Genosha and the arrival of supervillain/cyborg Bastion.

After nine episodes of non-stop action, impeccable storytelling, and unforgettable cameos, it all came to a head, with the X-Men battling it out with Bastion to save both the human and mutant race from a deadly future.

While the season finale was full of incredible moments – including the rise of the Phoenix and various Marvel cameos – a particular scene between Morph and Wolverine became a true standout for LGBTQIA+ fans.
