But amid all the goodness, there was a little hidden gem that you totally might have missed: the show introduced its first gay couple! The sad little guy added: You hear that?! “Mums”! Meaning Pretzel is canonically the proud son of lesbian mothers! On TikTok, Bluey fan @aussiegirlmargie noted that even the subtitles read “mums,” so there’s no mistaking it.
