The goal of the Essentrics Workout is to create a balanced body such that the strength in your muscles doesn’t inhibit your movement, and your mobility is enhanced by your strength.
His background in music intrigued Miranda when they met. Litzelman is a successful pianist, teacher, and lecturer, having performed in the U.S., Russia, Europe, China, and Mexico, and regularly presenting at state and national music conferences.
