Manchester Pride 2024 is almost upon us with one of the biggest celebrations of the LGBTQ+ community in the country taking over the city centre and beyond.
The festival, which will run over the Bank Holiday weekend from August 23 to 26, will feature performances from the likes of Sugababes, Rita Ora and Jessie J, as well as an esteemed line-up of cabaret acts, drag queens, musicians, and performers.
The event will also feature takeovers, gatherings, family-friendly events, themed workshops and, of course, the annual parade through the city, featuring a host of colourful and exciting floats celebrating the occasion. For families looking to celebrate the Pride weekend for just a couple of hours, or for those looking to cut down costs this year, there are still plenty of other things to get involved in that are free to attend.
