Hamilton is preparing for its first-ever Pride march this Saturday in what promises to be “a very vibrant and colourful carnival celebration”.Pride South Lanarkshire will take place on Friday and Saturday, July 26 and 27, in Hamilton town centre with the aim of empowering the LGBTQ+ community to provide a platform and voice for them within the local area.Last year saw the first Pride celebration take place in Hamilton, with this year taking it one step further with the area’s first Pride march.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
