“I looked great”: Robin Fierce talks final Drag Race episode
“Connecticut’s grand diva” Robin Fierce is proud of her performance in her final episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race. In Old Friends Gold, the queens of season 15 split into three teams to perform in old lady girl groups; Robin joined forces with Anetra, Jax and Loosey LaDuca for a veteran hip-hop collective called ‘Ol’ Dirty Bitches’.
Luxx Noir London, Marcia Marcia Marcia, Mistress Isabelle Brooks and Salina Estitties formed a country act with the ‘Banjo Bitches’, while Aura Mayari, Malaysia Babydoll Foxx, Sasha Colby and Spice channelled their inner Metallica as the ‘Rockin’ Old Gs’.
All three teams demolished the stage, delivering the cross-genre granny-fest we’ve always dreamed of, although it was Ol’ Dirty Bitches who received the worst critiques from the panel with both Robin and Jax landing in the bottom two.
To The Bangles’ 80s powerpop anthem In Your Room, the powerhouses performers served one of the most energetic and evenly-matched lip-sync battles of the season.
