Shawn Mendes opened up about his career and love life in a new interview. During an appearance on SiriusXM’s How’s Life, the 26-year-old hitmaker looked back on his frame of mind after cancelling his Wonder Tour in 2022.

He admitted to host John Mayer that he contemplated quitting the industry and even had an idea about a different career that he would pursue.
