Madonna gave a personal shoutout to Andy Cohen during her ongoing Celebration Tour for being a “troublemaking queen”. The ‘Express Yourself’ singer was on stage at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on 16 December when she spotted Cohen sitting front row. “If you say one more bad thing about me on your show, you’re gonna get in so much trouble,” Madonna joked and gestured towards Cohen. “You little troublemaking queen.” The Watch What Happens Live star was clearly gagged and can be seen repeatedly mouthing “I love you,” in response to the shameless call-out.
Later, Cohen took to social media to address the moment and said: “I’m a life-long Madonna fan, so it’s a thrill and an honour to be called a ‘troublemaking queen’ by the Queen of Troublemaking.
I BOW! Aldo – to see the new tour. It blew me away!! What a great night. Can’t wait to go back. #TroublemakingQueen.” The Celebration Tour had a delayed start after Madonna experienced a health scare, which led to her spending several days in intensive care, caused by a serious bacterial infection.
The tour commenced in London on 14 October at the O2 Arena, with an epic performance that spread across five acts and 40 songs from her discography.
