Here’s the Grammy winner rocking a metallic gold pair at the 1990 MTV VMAs.Well nearly 25 years later, it appears the dated trend is staging a comeback.At the 2024 CFDA awards on Monday, at least three of our favorite It-boys showed up rocking velvet-inspired versions of Hammer pants by celebrated queer designer Willy Chavarria.
For the second year in a row, Chavarria took home Menswear Designer of the Year, so he definitely has his finger on the pulse.
