The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He bought the Miss Universe brand of beauty pageants in 1996, and sold it in 2015. He produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television series, from 2003 to 2015. As of 2020, Forbes estimated his net worth to be $2.1 billion.[

Police ask for help with cold case murder

Dallas Police this week asked the community once again for any information that could help them in solving the October 2018 murder of Traylon Brown.

Brown’s mother has also recently contacted Dallas Voice, asking the community to help solve her son’s murder. Brown was found dead in his vehicle on Oct.

21, 2018, in his vehicle in an apartment complex in the 7100 block of Gayglen Drive. He had died from a gunshot wound. A family friend told Dallas Voice at the time that while he did not identify as transgender, Brown did sometimes dress in a wig and women’s clothing.

If anyone has any information regarding his death, police ask that you contact the Cold Case Unit at 214-671-3661 or by email at coldcase.dpd@dallaspolice.gov and refer to case number 231046-2018. — Tammye Nash
