Restrictions on transgender athletes participating in women's sports have been imposed now in 20 states. Most recently, Kansas lawmakers voted to override Democratic Governor Laura Kelly's third veto of a bill that bans transgender athletes from participating in women's and girl's sports from kindergarten through college.RFK Jr.
