Attention Wicked fans! Jonathan Bailey has spilt the tea on the upcoming film adaptation. On 27 November 2024, fans will finally be treated to the highly anticipated movie musical Wicked: Part 1.

Based on Gregory Maguire’s bestselling novel of the same name, the epic musical fantasy will explore how the misunderstood green-skinned Elphaba Thropp (Cynthia Erivo) became the Wicked Witch of the West and her unlikely friendship with the future “Good Witch” of Oz, Glinda Upland (Ariana Grande).

With the film’s release date nearly a year away, fans have waited with anticipation for more information regarding the movie musical.

Fortunately, Fellow Travelers star Bailey – who is set to play Fiyero Tigelaar – teased some exciting new details about Wicked: Part 1 in a recent interview with E!
