Queer, with Variety. The acclaimed film comes from Italian director Luca Guadagnino (Call Me By Your Name, Challengers). It’s based on a semi-autobiographical book by cult author William S.

Burroughs.Craig plays (William Tell), a man who embarks on a passionate, physical relationship with a younger man, Eugene Allerton (Starkey) in 1950s Mexico City.The movie received a nine-minute standing ovation when it premiered at the recent Venice Film Festival.
