J.K. Rowling has hit back after being accused of hating men and being on a par with a “kill all men” movement because of her stance on women’s rights.

The Harry Potter author has been a vocal critic of trans activists who have bombarded her with messages over her views on gender.Rowling, 59, posted a screenshot of the reply she received on social media , which ordered her to "stop lying".

The best-selling novelist, who is consistently vocal in defending women's rights in the trans debate, shared her response, in which she hit back at the unnamed user.The person appeared to slam Rowling and other women who share her views as "misandrists" - people who are strongly prejudiced against men.

The post, the origin of which Rowling has removed, reads: "Just admit your hate. Stop lying. "Like I said, TERFs (trans exclusionary radical feminists) are just a small group of women on par with a kill all men movement."Just a bunch of bitter old...
