Lanarkshire teacher who called child 'attention seeker with a transgender identity crisis' allowed to stay in profession

A Lanarkshire secondary school teacher who told one child "I am not here to wipe your a***" and shouted at pupils has been allowed to stay in the profession.Claire Sweeney was working at Uddingston Grammar School when the incidents involving first-year pupils took place.

A report by the General Teaching Council for Scotland details that on February 21, 2018, the teacher shouted at the first-year pupil, stating that she wasn't "here to wipe your a***".
