The third season of HBO’s hit series Euphoria has hit an unexpected roadblock. Back in August, Collider reported that the teen drama’s third entry would start filming in early 2023, with a release date scheduled for 2024.
While fans at the time found solace in the news, it looks like the rumoured start date has been pushed back. According to Vogue’s recent interview with Euphoria’s Maude Apatow, the third season will now be filming in the latter half of 2023 –which will likely push back the release date.
When asked if she knew anything about the new batch of episodes, the Little Shop of Horrors star replied: “I honestly don’t know a single thing.
We should be getting scripts and hearing about next season soon-ish, but I’m totally in the dark.” While the update may be a letdown for fans, the season three schedule change doesn’t come as a surprise.
