Jazz Jennings Celebrates 100-Lb Weight Loss In Her Wellness Journey

In a post shared to Instagram on Monday, August 26, Jennings, 23, shared a big milestone from her health and fitness journey.Jennings revealed that over the course of the past two years, she has lost 100 pounds.
In a video montage, Jennings is seen running, doing kettle bell exercises, and wall sits."Good health is not a certificate you display, it is a constant effort!" Jennings said in the post's caption. "I still have room for improvement, but I am more motivated and inspired than I've been in years.
