Plasma responds to Drag Race season 16 “sabotage” theory
Plasma has responded to claims that she was “sabotaged” by one of her Drag Race competitors. For this week’s maxi-challenge, the eight remaining queens – Dawn, Mhi’ya Iman Le’Paige, Morphine Love Dion, Nymphia Wind, Jane, Q, Sapphira Cristál, and Plasma – were tasked with another design challenge.
However, instead of creating lewks for a grand ball or a sickening doll, the contestants were asked to design and put together a “neo-goth” look from scratch.
While resident sewers – like Q, Nyphmia and Dawn – navigated the challenge with ease, Plasma struggled to connect to her goth side. “My relationship with Goth is, I don’t think, a relationship that I’ve ever had,” she joked in a confessional.
During the creative process, Plasma initially planned to create an outfit that would feature her signature “Old Hollywood” style.
