A member of the Democratic Party, Biden is the presumptive Democratic nominee for the 2020 United States presidential election, running against incumbent Donald Trump. Biden unsuccessfully sought the Democratic nomination in 1988 and 2008.

Trump said when the Iraqi leader called him about the damage inflicted upon his country, he responded with a challenge. “And he said, ‘I said to him, OK, what are you going to do about it?,'” Pratt recalled to prosecutors.
