Fergie reveals unusual contents of her handbag on TV including torch and motivational ribbon
Sarah 'Fergie' Ferguson shared the contents of her handbag during her appearance on today's Loose Women (Wednesday 5 April), and there were some both hilarious and eclectic items included in the mix.
The Duchess of York, who is divorced from Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, was all too happy to shared lunchtime with the panel as she opened up on all sorts of aspects of her life within the Royal family.
Excited to join in on the show's activity of the day, the 63 year old grinned as Christine Lampard revealed that the average woman has been carrying around the weight of three bricks in her handbag.
While the other ladies weren't too keen to delve into their weighty handbags, Sarah, who also revealed a special promise she made to the Queen before she died, was quick to pull out her dainty pink Michael Kors clutch at first. "I've got the 'I'm coming to Loose Women' bag," she said at first, as Jane Moore was eager to see "the real bag" from the back of the car. "Here's the basket," the Duchess declared, as the audience erupted into laughter at the sight of her vintage style woven basket on the table.
